POLICIES


Online, phone & in person sessions:

Although I prefer to work in person with you as much as possible, all sessions are offered using Zoom (via PC, tablet or smart phone).


Payment Policy:

Payment for all sessions is expected to be made prior or at the beginning of your scheduled session.

I take Zelle and Venmo deposits.

I use Square to accept most credit / debit cards.

For In-Person Sessions, I also take checks and cash.


Session Cancelation policy: 

Please give me 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule so I can fill your time slot.  

If you cancel the same day or just forget, you are granted one free forgiveness.

Expect to be billed the next time for your missed scheduled session if you do not give me at least 24 hours notice.


Paperwork Policy:

Once you book a session or purchase a package of sessions, the required paper work of contact information, personal history, and general waiver will be emailed to you.

All required paper work needs to be completed and emailed to Linda prior to your first session.

Refund Policies:

* Refunds for unused package sessions are gladly given for ANY reason upon written request(email or letter).

* Please Note ~ a request for a refund automatically voids any special offers or package contracted discounted rates. 

* Refunds for unused package sessions will be calculated based on my regular non-contract rates and NOT on the special offer rates or discounted package rates.

Deductions for processing fees may be applied to refunds.



NO EMERGENCIES!  

If you have any sort of medical or emotional emergency you must:

call 911, go to an emergency room, urgent care center, or visit your appropriate medical doctor.
